A driver to our low attrition rates is our consistent engagement with our team members. Working closely with you, we maintain a plan which ensures your team members are rewarded for their hard work. Any additional perks, incentives, or bonuses you wish to provide will go directly to your team members.

Pricing is based on a flat monthly rate driven by your team member's monthly costs of employment.

Redux provides your team member with their equipment and software licensing.

Our team member work across numerous time-zones including PST, CST, EST, EST+1 and IST.

During the discovery phase, we work with you to determine the best timezone for your team members to work.

Our Managed Team services are month-to-month and may be canceled with 60-days notice.

If we have an internal match for your needs, work can begin within 24-48 hours. Should we need to source a new candidate, the shortlisting process can take 3-5 working days.

Start dates will then vary based on candidates availability. If your candidate is already employed with another company, we will attempt to buy-down their existing employment agreements to expedite the onboarding process.
